I lost my precious little Phoebe almost 4 weeks ago. I ordered this tribute necklace and got it very quickly. The artist was so sweet to add an ear. She had lost her ear due to cancer. I am very excited to wear this necklace to work tomorrow. It will be like bringing Phoebe with me everywhere I go! Thank you so much to whoever worked on my necklace!!! It really means alot!

The necklaces are perfect but waiting for them was very exhausting. I was waiting for a very long time and had a lot of problems with the mail.

I get so many compliments on the necklace but I want to make an honest review. The pendant itself is beautiful but the chain appears cheaply made and well mine already broke so I just switched to a solid chain. I wish it was 925 silver, I think it might be but I am not sure. Overall I love this and will never take it off.
I was initially drawn to the exquisite design of the pendant, which truly captivated me. However, upon opening the package, I noticed that the circle clasps seemed slightly discolored. Sadly, after only a week of wear, the chain has experienced significant discoloration, to the point where I hesitate to wear it any longer. Nonetheless, the pendant itself is undeniably beautiful and of high quality. I'm considering the possibility of replacing the chain with one from elsewhere, as I opted for the rose gold color and suspect that perhaps other color options may not exhibit the same degree of fading.

The picture on the necklace was not detailed enough it was just an outline not satisfied at all
After my order, I wouuld have liked to see a proof to approve. I was a little concerned about how a shadow in the picture would effect the final product. I contacted the company via chat and never heard back & I never received a confirmation email for my order. After these 3 short-comings, I started to think I was scammed and sent the company an email threatening to file a fraud claim on my credit card. Only then did they respond. I don’t understand why it had to come to that to get any sort of communication. In the long run, the necklace arrived (later than expected) and it looked great. I probably would not order from the company again unless they significanlty improved their communications.
It was both fun and surprising receiving the earrings I ordered online. It was quite prompt and what I received was pleasantly satisfactory. Recommended!
